Assisted Living
We all could use a helping hand now and then. Assisted Living services are perfect for those who need a little extra help in their day-to-day lives, but do not require
24-hour skilled nursing care. The Oasis at Fellowship Square provides a higher level of senior care than what’s available to our senior Independent Living residents, including three meals a day, certified caregivers on staff 24/7, and help with activities of daily living.

Memory Care
Our Memory Care program is called Reflections. Residents living with dementia receive Level 3 Direct Care services from our caring, certified staff to ensure safety, support and security. Residents enjoy the same amenities as those living in The Oasis Assisted Living area, but with the enhanced services and activities of Direct Care.

Skilled Nursing
Whether it is for a short-term stay after surgery, or a need for long-term skilled care, Christian Care Health Center offers a wide range of programs: Post-Surgical/Hospital Care, Short-Term Rehabilitation, Physical & Occupational Therapy, Speech & Respiratory Therapy, and Long-Term Skilled & Respite Care.

Since 1979, Christian Care has been dedicated to providing the highest quality of affordable senior housing, programs, and services. Over the years, Christian Care has grown from a 64-bed skilled nursing center in Phoenix to six caring communities statewide, offering independent and assisted living, memory care, skilled nursing, home health, and support services.
